While I enjoy working on wellness projects, I also like sharing information that can be beneficial to you. Read on.
Do you know which spices have health benefits? The list below offers some options for common aliments.
Oregano: Helps alleviate osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions. Use on pizza, pasta, and salads
Cinnamon: Helps control blood sugar levels. Sprinkle on lattes or sweet potatoes
Ginger: Can ease nausea. Add to carrot soup or stir-frys
Onion: Contains blood-thinning compounds, which helps high blood pressure
Use fresh onions for onion soup or on salads
Fennel Seed: Good for indigestion, bloating, gas, nausea, vomiting, and motion sickness. Can eat whole
Garlic: Relieves common cold, supports cardiovascular health, and boosts immunity. Use in soups, salads, or main dishes
