

First, we need to understand your project. This is easy. To begin, we ask our clients to fill out our Project Brief questionnaire. This can be done before we contact you or after you contact us to discuss your project's objectives. The reason we ask you to do this is because each project varies and the answers from the questionnaire gives us an idea of the scope of your project, your budget, your deadline, and how we can best address your project needs and review our production schedule all at the same time. We then follow up with a phone call, a price quote customized to your project, and a tentative start date to begin working on your project.
Our Payment Policy
Partial payment is due prior to the start of any work to hold your project as scheduled on our calendar, no work will begin prior to payment being received. The payment intervals and amounts will be provided to you on our price quote which we send to you.
Please keep in mind the initial quote is a rough estimate of our time and cost to complete your project. If after payment is made and work started the scope of the project changes, or it's discovered the project was not as it seemed, or requests are made above and beyond stated quote, a revised quotation is required. We will advise you ahead of time when a revision to our price quote is needed before we proceed.
In addition, if the project begins and is later canceled you will be billed for the time alloted to create the project up until the cancelation period. Rush projects incur an extra charge, please contact us directly with your request.
Our Design Process
IntreXDesign & Associates provides our clients will three design proposals. Our design proposals derive from conversations we have with our clients regarding the project's audience, message, and imagery. Prior to the start of any layouts photos, logos, and text are submitted before any designing begins. Throughout the production phase, our clients review the designs proposed providing us their feedback and signing a client approval slip regarding changes or their approval. It's at this point, another partial payment is requested based on the quote provided before revisions begin. Projects include three revision stages build into the project's production schedule. If client changes exceed three revisions a revised quote is submitted to our clients for approval. Final payment is due at the end of the project's completion.
